Mbaweme is the daughter of Elizabeth Mbuzi who is Aglow’s Zambia National President, Africa Regional Committee Chair, as well as a member of Aglow’s International Board of Directors.

In a report about the gathering, Mbaweme wrote:

"Mr. Prayer Simunyola, economist, radio host and founder of 'UMWAUME', took us through a touching and heartfelt message on mistakes and how they can make us feel unworthy of God's love. Prayer's message led to a heart to heart moment as we opened up about our mistakes, expressed how they make us feel and took a moment to let go of those feelings. Mr. Simunyola also offered valuable points on what it means to be real with God.

We were also blessed with a powerful message by our speaker from last time, Ms. Tracy Grace who talked about how certain feelings like bitterness, anger and hurt can stop us from growing a personal relationship with God.

What followed was a fruitful question and answer session with Ms. Tracy and Minister Stephen Banda. The afternoon was balanced with fun, as we played 'Zambian Charades' and 'Pick to Ponder', testing our general knowledge and quick-thinking skills, forcing us to answer thought-provoking questions on the spot! We enjoyed a delicious meal of barbecue chicken, potato wedges, coleslaw and chocolate wafers amidst uplifting worship! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

The highlight of the day was when 17 teenagers gave their lives to Christ!"
